If you create a new post you are in effect transmitting to every user of the website. They can be notified of any changes or the post by subscribing to the RSS feed seen in the footer.  They can use this feed to go into their email system or a newsfeed on their smart phones.

The provisional dates for our first two Live & Local Events (October 2018 and March 2019) have been added to the events calendar. Steve
